The little prospect's Class 

(for future therapy dogs or well rounded and behaved family dogs)

 ages 16 weeks- 10 months

must be fully vaccinated or titre tested

Basic training for puppies that primes them for a life of therapeutic interactions with diverse populations. Works on friendly greetings, leash manners, sit/lay down, basic tricks, and a basis to work on with your puppy to stop the mouthing/biting. Also works on exposure to different sounds, scents, and sights they may encounter in the field someday to desensitize them early. Each week this class meets in different locations to expose your pet to as much stimulus as possible.

This class meets once a week as a group

Six 1 hour classes each week, $350 (bookings open 4 times per year, registration limited)

This class is also only offered 4 times a year and is limited on a first come first served basis. 

 This class is at 430-530pm each Wednesday

Building your bond

Coming when called

Feeding by hand

Crate training

Potty training 

Bite training

Hanling/grooming

Gentle pulling collar, yanking an squeezing 

(to mimic interactions with those who may have developmental disabilities or are children)

Basic commands

Sit

Lay down

Stay

Leash walking

Exposure in the public

Visit in different areas

Calm exposure to other dogs
